In my current job, my main role is to retain key customers, build relationships with key contacts, increase customer spend and upsell new services and solutions. Some of these customers include: The Scouts Association, Elsoms Seeds, NT Labs, Lincolnshire Co-Op and NMBS. Daily tasks for these customers involve arranging meetings, taking briefs, supplying estimates, creating samples, project planning and successful delivery of artwork, web development, and printed materials within an agreed deadline. In addition to the key accounts, I also secured new sales leads and clients to add to the company portfolio and used some of my 3D CAD visualisation skills to sell concepts for signage to larger existing customers such as British Steel.

Developed and created puzzle solving and game Apps, for iTunes and Google Play.

I managed the workload of a team of graphic designers specialised for producing printed media, corporate branding and website design. I also worked as an account manager for a range of clients such as Limagrain, Lincolnshire Co-op, Teaching Art and Rilmac and acquired new clients from successful meetings, design briefs and delivery of products. Other tasks involved marketing the business with newsletters, website improvements and networking, IT support and developing new services to offer to customers, such as 360° photography for student accommodation lettings

In this role I created CAD plans for injection molding and fabricated steel display stands for point of sale pick and mix stands. I also created 3D visualisation for a range of customers architects, garden buildings, art products and exhibition displays.

Created 3D visuals, graphics and CAD drawings for manufacture. Some of the work included architect building visuals for planning permission and designing Pick and Mix POS stands displayed in Alton towers, ASDA, LEGOLAND.

Supported the crown prosecutors, collated and organised evidence needed to be shown in court cases and made indictments and evidence packs for all of the defendants and Jury.

Processing applications for apprenticeships and managing reception for course teachers.

I worked on a wide range of product design projects from designing medical waste disposal machines to lighting enclosures. This mostly involved creating CAD drawings, 3D renderings for concepts, 2D artwork and manufacturing of bespoke products.
