• Routinely and efficiently use Microstation V8I, and Autocad 2015 software to draft structural and Boring Location Plans (BLPs) for Engineers in Geotechnical Department to effectively assist in the development of new construction (i.e. Baltimore Transit Purple and Red Routes, Arkendale project)
• Proficiently utilize CAD systems to create, modify and release drawings and word drawings under direct supervision of a project engineer for use by other departments and customers (most notably Red Line development for MTA).
• Regularly engaged with lead engineers to ensure that the drawings convey the correct information; using the knowledge of specialized notations and symbols; additionally conveying instructions regarding materials, assembly procedures or tools.
• Demonstrate understanding of transportation design principles and design structures such as AASHTO, MUTCD, NACTO and other roadway, bicycle and pedestrian design guidelines

• Utilized the coordination and collection of data and Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Autodesk Invetor software to create technical drawings, schematics, and maps (produce Storm water Management systems) in an effort to support field and internal team members to achieve team goals
• Prepared structural designs for new construction under the direction of the Project Engineer, and Project Coordinators; filling out said drawings with specifications, methods,and codes to ensure the effective construction of management systems
• Proactively supported the Stormwater Design team; With guidance from the designers, present project specific solutions to civil engineering clients by providing quality design calculations, basic illustrations, and advice to secure and integrate our products on site plans; Respond to civil engineer clients on project-specific inquiries and general industry questions; Establish and maintain rapport with civil engineer clients
• Assist in the management and tracking of projects in the design phase to ensure all project data is current and communicated to all team members on a regular basis; Assisting with several projects, at all stages, as necessary., maintain engineering standards and procedures

• Actively engaged customers on the racetrack and in the aisles to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction; often offer a friendly greeting, smile, and eye contact; Asking open ended questions about customer's projects in order to determine their needs and level of expertise
• Displayed exceptional knowledge of several adjacent departments as it relates to features and benefits of materials and merchandise, personnel, and services to effectively direct/escorting customers to the appropriate department
• When necessary, handled several customers at once to ensure timely response to customer needs and timely turn around in results
