In this project the objective was to design A Mixed Residential Tower with 5 different floor plans for a 4 Br, a 2Br, 1 Br, and a Studio apartment, along with apartments following A.D.A code. This tower has 14 units per floor with a total square footage of 238,620 ft. Incorporated in the design was dance studio and residential lobby on the first 2 floors.
