* Design according to constraints such as budget, location, building structure and local legislation. * Design alignment to company's' business goals, expansion plans and philosophy * Schedule building and tracking including clear milestones, and communication to the relevant people * Feasibility study * Customer representation during the project execution Business Requirements (functional expertise): * Presence in trade shows and related event in order to gain a market perspective * * Models, sketches, drawings and 3D images development for concept demo * Sub-contractors deliverables supervision and acceptance tests to ensure that they meet the requirements * Periodic construction site visits * Ensuring legal, health and operational compliance requirements.
