• Franklyn Health, Parsippany, NJ (09/2014–10/2014 and 12/9/14–present)
Created and updated patient education pieces for Sanofi-Aventis in the specialty healthcare
areas of diabetes and osteoarthritis and cholesterol. Created fillable forms and set up
PowerPoint presentations. Set up metadata in Bridge for all photos and illustrations used by
the department so that use of each photo was easily accessible.
• Merck Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals (Merck & Co.), Whitehouse Station, NJ
(02/2010–03/2010 and 11/2011–09/2013) Digital Asset Management: created gif preview
images, checked and updated metadata, checked electronic folders for proper file structure, managed allocation of graphic files by brand, set up files for and uploaded to proprietary
database (Toolbox), communicated with project managers, and updated Excel files.
• Prudential Financial, Inc., Newark, NJ, (03/2008–05/2008 and 05/2011–09/2011)
Production designer: updated graphic files with new text and images, re sized ads with new information, prepared packages for production, prepared email blasts, mounted posters.
• Completed several short term assignments in the LA area in 2005 and in the Boston area
in 2006–2007 (Boston–Gillette: packaging, J Jill and Chadwick’s: catalog, Cushman &
Wakefield: real estate, Columbia Management: finance, Shawmut Design and Construction:
floor plans and business collateral) before moving to New Jersey in 2007. Two independent contracts with Hamat DDS in Totowa, NJ updating their catalogs.

• Managed work-flow for 30–50 design projects at a time from start to finish, working
closely with attorneys and regulatory affairs to produce external marketing materials.
• Produced sales collateral to promote product and health care awareness.
• Produced multiple brochures and sales pieces targeted at several distinct health care specialty areas: respiratory, cardiovascular, oncology, gastrointestinal and neuroscience.
• Was involved with the rebranding process at the time of the merger of Astra Pharmaceuticals and Zeneca Pharmaceuticals to become AstraZeneca.

• Zapf Davis: Created company collateral for this small firm in San Diego.
• Paradise Galleries (porcelain doll company): Managed in-house printing schedules,
worked closely with the off site designer, did press checks.
• Created print design and layouts at several short term assignments including laying out the
proposal for a contractor bidding on the redevelopment of the abandoned Naval Training
Center in San Diego.
• Quickly assessed client needs and designed valued solutions.
