My role was to deploy all their new machines both laptop, desktops and Printers Build them using gold disc and configure their profiles so that they are work ready when they arrive and support and resolve and technical issues both hardware and software while they are settling in to their new environment.

Patch printers through a cisco mainframe
Add Printer to network
