I joined the executive team during a period of restructuring, so I collaborated with the Director and AEs in shaping the direction of the organization, contributing to the hiring and client acquisition processes. After winning the Jonas Award for exemplifying company values, I took the initiative to shape the company culture by planning and executing team-building activities and company-wide mixer events. As the Art Director, I oversaw the output of account teams, ensuring the timely and quality delivery of projects to clients, with final input on design elements. I also created an internal brand identity book, employee on-boarding documents, and promotional materials to build brand awareness for the agency. Additionally, I served as AE for three accounts, coordinating the workflow of cross-functional teams of designers, copywriters, and strategists. I worked closely with clients to deliver collateral that fulfilled their needs, frequently troubleshooting client requests and working within tight time constraints. I coordinated and led biweekly team meetings, one-on-ones, and client presentations to ensure that work stayed efficient and on-track. I worked as a designer on numerous accounts, drafting and editing creative collateral based on specific guidelines; I also worked as a strategist, developing marketing and rebranding strategies for clients based on market research.
