My name is Colter Beach (he/him) and I am a fashion designer and multidisciplinary artist with a passion for sustainable design and artisanal craftsmanship. I hold a BFA in Fashion from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. Along the way I've earned high academic recognition, including membership in the VCU Honors College, and I've been awarded the VCUarts Dean's Scholarship, showcasing my exceptional dedication to my craft. My work is a reflection of my unwavering commitment to sustainability, craftsmanship, and timeless design.
My unique approach to fashion design is informed by sustainability through zero-waste techniques, repurposing second-hand textiles, and meticulously crafting garments for longevity, thereby reducing the fashion industry's environmental footprint. Beyond my technical prowess, I've honed my skills as a studio assistant for an e-commerce platform specializing in vintage clothing resale. In addition to my fashion endeavors, I channel my creativity into photography, craft, and music production, fueled by my obsession with fine details and handcrafted excellence.
My ultimate aspiration is to contribute as a petit-main in an haute couture atelier, where my artistic vision can continue to flourish.
