Illustrator Colleen Johnson lives in Huntsville, AL with her wonderful husband Chris and their dog Emmy. She was born in Illinois and has lived in many states. She graduated from Auburn University (War Eagle) with a BFA in graphic design and with the hopes of one day starting her own illustration business. In early 2008 a friend introduced her to Etsy (www.freshline.etsy.com) and now she illustrates full-time. She creates illustrations for magazines, greeting card companies and clients around the world.
Colleen’s whimsy and cheery illustrations are all hand drawn and digitally finished. She enjoys using bright color schemes and textured papers to create her art. Her illustrations have been seen on national television shows, printed in publications and adorn many art prints, canvases, textile designs, housewares, stamps and stationery.
Colleen is thrilled to be able to be creative every day! Please contact her if you are interested in licensing Freshline Illustration work for your next project.
