I am a Creative Marketing Professional and Writer living in Denver, Colorado. Specializing in photography, public relations, event planning, and business writing, I utilize a natural ability to relate to a wide variety of people and regularly producing new and exciting ideas to foster success in professional ventures.
In 2009, I began my career in the Arts and Entertainment as a Public Relations intern, and started working independently shortly thereafter, performing such tasks as talent booking, project management, event promotion, and media relations — with media coverage in the Gazette and Independent in Colorado Springs, CO, and Channel 9 News, KTCL Channel 93.3, Westword, Colorado Music Buzz, Ultra5280 Music Blog, and Out Front Magazine in Denver, CO.
While completing my Bachelor of the Arts degree in Professional and Technical Writing at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, I independently expanded my knowledge of creative marketing by working with well-established nonprofit organizations and some of Denver’s most sought-after musical and visual artists. Over the years, I cultivated an expansive and eccentric list of industry contacts, maintaining close ties to the arts and nonprofit industries.
A multi-faceted creative, I continue to develop my skills in graphic design, music, and photography. Pursuing a love for photography, I participate in exhibits around the Denver area and act a photographer for businesses and members of the community. Donating annually to the America SCORES Denver Inspired Art event and auction, I use my art to make a difference in the community. I also achieve this by volunteering around the Denver metro area, as a supporter of youth related causes, including Youth on Record, Metro Denver Partners, and Urban Peak.
