About
My name is Chrystal Jaeger and I strive to create websites and tools that work beautifully. I am currently employed at 11 Main as a User Experience Lead. I have over 16 years experience in the design field, with previous roles as an Art Director, Design Manager and Visual Designer. Finding creative solutions to problems is what I love to do.
The last 8 years of my career have been focused in eCommerce, designing tools for both the buyer and seller. I stay up-to-date on the latest web standards, trends, technologies and methods, including but not limited to responsive design, rapid prototyping, lean UX and app design.
Most recently my work has been focused on creating flow diagrams, wireframes and prototypes. I work closely with project management to create new features and use user research to improve upon existing features. -
