Problems with Existing Transactional Emails:
1. Had 16 sites that used various templates
2. Existing design didn't scale well for mobile
3. Content was lengthy & encouraged users to call in instead of self-serve
My role:
1. Sole designer of templates & design system
2. Sole content writer of 49 transactional emails
3. Worked with various operations teams, product management & dev to understand triggers & flows
