Christy Collins

My name is Christy Collins and I am a senior at Queens University of Charlotte in Charlotte, North Carolina. I will be graduating this May with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Organizational Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. I am an Asheville, North Carolina native and was drawn to Queens because of its strong faculty and academic programs as well as its great location in the growing city of Charlotte. During my time here at Queens I have served as Membership Education Vice President and Chapter President in my sorority, Alpha Delta Pi, was initiated into Order of Omega leadership society, and particpated as a member of the student chapter of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers). I have also helped plan the annual Boar’s Head Banquet for the last two years. After graduation I hope to pursue a career that utilizes my educational background in both interior design and organizational communication.
