Wireless Remote Switch
The Wireless Remote Switch (WRS) is a bluetooth remote for use with the Exposure Lights Equinox helmet light. This allows the lights power to be changed without the user having to remove a hand from their bars when riding giving them more control. It is a 2 piece enclosure that houses the electronics and is rated to IP66. There were a few ideas of how to mount the WRS to a bicycles handlebars, a couple of the ideas are shown, one being a 22mm diameter clamp, and the other being ribs on the body, and orings that grip the housing onto the bars. The clamp idea was deemed too expensive as it had an extra part to be moulded, inserts and bolts.
