- Source, quote and communicate with the suppliers for the production of promotional and venue setup materials for school programmes and activities including booklets, leaflets, posters, backdrops and banners

- Develop and prepare graphic design for all promotional and venue setup materials such as yearbook, newsletter, information brochure, graduation booklet and achievement booklet

- Output and check the digital proof together with the colour calibration on
publication design

- Negotiate the design solutions with management and program staff according to the marketing plan and purpose, to fulfil communication needs

- Design Newspaper and magazine advertisements for secondary and primary school admission programmes

Appointed to provide support for the university’s new innovation events, I assumed the role of crafting high-impact graphics, working closely under the guidance of the Director.

- Create design concept and provide layouts for online and offline advertisements which include newspaper and magazine, web banner, bus-body, as well as mass transit railway promotion items like train door stickers and 4-sheet panels

- Discuss design solutions with management and program staff according to the promotion plan and purpose

- Make use of different symbols, colors, and layouts to stand out themes and main information of publications in order to draw the attention of the intended audience and fulfill communication needs

- Check color calibration of color proofs for all printed materials such as school prospectus, student handbooks and course outline booklets

- Prepare/create promotional materials for school's events/ ceremonies as well as communicate with supplier and supervise its performance on-site such as backdrop, banner, invitation card and proceedings for graduation ceremonies, open house and anniversary activities
