I was responsible for the revamp of the existing website, which involved several key tasks. Firstly, I revised the site map by conducting meetings and gathering comprehensive information from each department. Next, I meticulously analysed and organised the collected information, while designing user-friendly layouts for the website. Simultaneously, I engaged in negotiations with web developers to ensure the necessary technical support for the project.
Over the course of three months, we successfully migrated the website and conducted thorough testing to ensure its functionality and performance. I am pleased to report that the clients expressed their satisfaction with the revamped website, acknowledging the improvements made during the process.
