I was tasked with creating promotional materials for Information Day, which included designing a paper bag, notebook, and information brochure. For the paper bag and notebook, I negotiated with printing suppliers to determine the best cost, paper quality, and printing materials, ensuring a high-quality final product. Regarding the brochure, I gathered updated information from internal stakeholders to include all necessary details. From project initiation to delivery, I was responsible for the entire process: designing the materials, coordinating with suppliers, arranging delivery, and communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth distribution.
