Previously in the series that is pretending to be my life:
I was a quite stubborn child.
Then I got rebellious and broke myself a finger.
After that I behaved.
I was basically doing Art before I did Fashion. Spending most of the time when I was young in a museum getting my hands dirty with every material I could get. I was doing pottery and paintings as well as roll printing and wood carving and even more. That means that I was expressing myself with my hands way before I was thinking of this becoming my actual job.
After deciding that I want to do Fashion I graduated really good from High School and did some Internships in private Tailoring companies. Then I started my 4 years of Bachelor in Fashion Design and afterwards I was granted an exhibition of my Bachelor Editorial in a museum. I was lucky to find a school that was not very commercial but artistic so I felt quite at home even if I was facing the high demands. In the end I left the school with very good crafting skills and honestly very low commercial skills. I realized that I was missing something when I was Interning in a couture label called Lever Couture in Berlin. Because I´m always motivated to strive for self-improvement I decided to also evolve some industrial and commercial knowledge. This is how I ended up in beautiful Milan. I started my Master in Fashion Design at the Domus Academy and got to meet a lot of very skilled and also quite differing people, especially in terms of their working demands. I was collaborating and designing for brands like Sansovino 6, Max Mara, Fondazione Gianfranco Ferré and Salvatore Ferragamo. During these collaborations I was developing collections or communication strategies and even sustainable solutions for the companies.
Lately I was working at Jil Sander which was one of the best experiences.
Let´s see where life drags me next.
