- Creation and set up of the company's tech blog - performance and visibility optimisation, creation of a community of authors

- Social media - content creation and copywriting on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn

- Tech events and newsletters sponsorship to increase brand awareness and position Adevinta in the tech industry

- DEI: run several projects such as setting an inclusive recruitment process, sharing external and internal DEI communications, organising Pride Month

Manage the interview process:
- Set the hiring needs with managers
- Write and publish job ads on different channels
- Source and screen candidates
- Participate in interviews with managers
- Update the candidates database

HR support:
- Follow and support candidates through the interview process and onboarding
- Help candidates prepare for interviews with clients

Promote company image:
- Participate in recruitment fairs

- Manage products publication: keep in touch with brands and suppliers, gather brands' visual materials and product descriptions.

- Manage relationships with the brands: gather information needed to create brand pages and brand promotions.

- In charge of e-merchandising: manage products ranking and animation projects on different pages of the e-commerce website.
