∙ Produce interior and architectural design for the construction, restoration, and modification of residential and commercial properties.
∙ Develop and execute design solutions including space planning, design development, construction documents and detailing for interior architecture projects.
∙ Prepare scaled floor plans of existing and proposed construction.
∙ Provide conceptual design development.

∙ Oversee all aspects of design from conception to installation.
∙ Assist in planning the layout of projects including determination of function and spatial requirements and assist in preparing information regarding design, specifications, materials, color and equipment.
∙ Create 3D computer models, and 2D graphics utilizing image enhancing software to complete presentation boards.
∙ Manage and collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors concerning all furniture, fixtures, and equipment related matters.
∙ Operate QuickBooks software to manage accounts payable, accounts receivables, order procurement, client invoicing, cost estimates, and monthly account reconciliation reports.
∙ Maintain company library, vendor lists, inventory control, and manage client records.
