I manage most all phases of a construction project. I help estimate the costs of materials and staffing; the expense involved in securing permits; and the cost for equipment that must be leased or purchased. Budget Preparation and preparing a timetable that establishes milestones for phases of the project to ensure completion dates are met. I work with other professional construction specialists or sub-contractors, such as landscape architects, master electricians or demolition engineers. Jobs typically involve direct contact with the client to keep him advised on progress and issues that might arise. I sometimes instruct new workers on the specifics of the job. I know the safety regulations for various jobs and equipment operators and ensure that employees comply.

About:
Founded in 1970 by owners Lynn Bowser and Steve Lee, Westerly's yard and efficient production facility is located on a two-acre industrial site in Santa Ana, California. All work was completed in-house by the highly skilled workforce including experienced laminators, marine carpenters, mechanics, electricians and metal fabricators. Composite lamination, finish woodwork and onboard system installations are all executed to world-class standards.
