Created, revised and distributed: Mock-Up, Layout, to Publication Directors, Editorial Team and Graphic Team. Prepared, reviewed, and approved all visual materials through all stages of pre-production and post-production. Worked with Sales, Publication Directors, Editorial, and Graphics teams, as well as printers, to meet monthly deadlined, reported printing process and tracked publication to Covention Shows. Managed quality control, price quotes and other vendor related issues. Responsible for advertising order entry(Order Management System), filed, reviewed invoices and confirmed expenditures for the finance department. Processed non-magazine printing requests such as business cards, convention banners, and media planners. Worked with Project Team and Circulation to coordinate printing and distribution of non-periodical projects (inserts, cover tips, Work self-mailers, and ride-alongs). Managed, uploaded materials using Digital Asset Management System.
