During my time at the Hagley Museum and Library, I have revitalized the Volunteer Office. I network with over 400 active volunteers to learn about their interests and skills, then connect them with appropriate opportunities at the museum. New application management and onboarding systems helped increase the number of volunteers tracking their hours by 8%. In 2022, I lead the Hagley Car Show Committee as Project Manager. Total attendance at the event was 4,000 and $46,000 was generated in revenue.

Mentor 2.0 is an online mentoring program with curriculum provided by iMentor. At Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence, I managed a caseload of 85 high school students and volunteer mentors. All communication with mentors was done on the iMentor platform which I monitored for completion, safety, and relationship development. I edited weekly, engaging lessons for the students to complete with their mentors. As the first Coordinator at this assigned school, I coordinated with teachers, principals, and counselors to successfully grow the program over 3 years.
