An assessment or summative usability test was performed on the Papa John’s website to measure how well the user can perform actual and realistic tasks and to identify friction points on the website. The tasks each participant completed are as follows; Task One: Order 3 pizzas- one with mushroom and pepperoni, one with half onion and half sausage with light sauce, and one specialty pizza Task Two: Sign up for deals and coupons without registering for an account.
