Oversee Creative Department. Provide creative direction and/or work directly on projects not limited to print/web advertising design, collateral pieces, web site design, web advertising, packaging design, P.O.P. displays, surf and dive wetsuits designs, surf boot design, aqua shoes design and T-shirt design, as well as magazine ad design and proofreading. Oversaw all functions of art department and computer systems on a daily basis. Worked closely with vendors/clients for all outside projects including prepress and four-color printing.
