Help customers get back on the road after an accident. Build relationships primarily over the phone in a fast-paced office environment, resolve a high volume of claims efficiently while managing the claims process from start to finish.

Supports day-to-day execution of print designs such as clothing, posters, banners, invitations, logos and any type of communication the customer needs. Greet customers as they enter the store, answer phones and take orders via phone, emails and in person. Maintain strong working relationship between customers and vendors. Create art needed for customer and follow progress of the projects to ensure customers are satisfied with orders. Work as a team to ensure projects are completed in the most efficient and cost effective way.
