I have been in the fashion industry for nearly 15 years and have experience in a variety of fields ranging from retail and wholesale to design and manufacturing.
In 2012 I received my Bachelors Degree in Design from UC Davis where they stressed the importance of sustainability in the fashion business. This is something that has continued to be very important to me and I hope to contribute to a cleaner apparel industry throughout my career.
After graduating, I returned to school at the Portland Fashion Institute (formerly Portland Sewing) to further my education in the business side of the apparel industry, culminating in the launch of my own sustainable clothing label, Lostwood Lane.
I am currently self employed as a wholesale rep, serving independent apparel, accessory and stationary companies from Portland, OR but am exploring career moves within the apparel industry.
