I've worked as a Senior Creative in Print for mostly high-end beauty brands, and then transitioned to a web/digital role overseeing 9 eCommerce sites, and their retention plan both on-site and off-site. I have built a team from scratch and managed up to 11 junior to mid-level designers, including a Creative Project Manager. My strengths are to partner with clients to curate a solution to their design needs - whether it is to create an optimized digital experience with the highest conversion or simply elevating the brand aesthetic.
