Lead Model Maker/Shop Manager
• Create, Set up, and run all CNC and traditional machining
• Assembly and finishing of all models
• Maintainance and calibration of all shop tools and equipment
• Ordering and management of all materials and consumables

I was lead on all projects where machined, mechanical, and robotic results are needed. I supervise the other model makers and maintain the machining equipment.

I designed and built parts and accessories for toys and collectibles. I also aided in finalizing designs, working closely with other designers.

I predominantly work by hand also using lathes, mills, and other assorted shop equipment.

I was a freelance worker at this time. I was a Jack of all trades. I set up work stations, worked on showrooms, general maintenance, Light construction, pattern finishing, some model building.

I worked retail here, learning how to take stock, do pricing, and run a computer register.

I also worked in the sign shop where I designed, cut, applied and installed posters, signs, stickers, and many other types of graphics and signage. I worked with a variety of programs and hardware including high end large format inkjet printers.

I was also trained and hired out on commission to repair large format inkjet printers/cutters for Roland DGA.

I had also done some framing and matting there.
