I created a few graphics for the line of merchandising and some communication material for the China Aids Walk in 2012 and 2013. The printed items (tee-shirts, bags,...) are being sold for fund-raising, or distributed for promotion.
The first AIDS Walk was organized in Los Angeles in 1985 to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS, to reduce stigma & discrimination against people living with HIV/AIDS, and to raise money for social projects related to HIV/AIDS. Since then, AIDS Walks have been organized all over the world in hundreds of cities. One of the most prominent features of AIDS Walks worldwide, is that all participants raise funds themselves for designated AIDS service and/or advocacy organizations, collecting pledges from their friends, family and colleagues. The China AIDS Walk takes the initiative to Mainland China.
