Responsible for supervision, planning, implementing monthly curriculum themes, and organizing the daily Before and After School Program. Supervise staff and volunteers while, maintain a safe environment for all participants. Provide communication with parents/guardians regularly. Assist in programming, directing, and enhancing the Fun Club Program.

Facilitate team building and adventure programming for youth and adult groups in a leadership role. Provide constant surveillance of ropes course activities; including alpine tower, belay staff, equipment, and participants as well as preform basic course inspection and maintenance, plan curriculum based on theme weeks and teach technical knowledge related to climbing, and skills related to teamwork; like cooperation, trust, effective communication, commitment and leadership.

Manage and maintain a high ropes alpine tower during camp hours. Plan weekly theme curriculum, and teach skills and technical knowledge related to climbing to teamwork to participants. Teach skills and technical knowledge related to mountain biking, bike maintenance, and trail maintenance.

Manage a team of staff that oversees a large group of children in a school setting before
and after school hours while assisting with homework questions, and running programmed activities/events.
