Spartan Shops is a non profit organization that has given me the opportunity to grow within the company and acquire more responsibility. As Head Lead, I manage a staff of 10 employees. Regular responsibilities includes hiring, training employees, staff scheduling, sales report/labor management, customer service, proper food handling, and following corporate updates. In my leadership role, I am a motivator and consider it a priority of mine to create an environment that my employees want to work at everyday.

As a summer intern, I was given several projects to see through which firstly required organization and time management. Responsibilities included collaborative team work (retail, marketing, engineers, creative writers, creative directors), conducting market landscape research, 2D conceptualization that would meet marketing's strategies as well as out-of-the-box concepts, prototypes of final directions and consumer testing. Final presentations of my culminating work were given to managers, mentors, retail and creative leaders.

Working with a team of editors using Adobe InDesign to creatively layout articles and advertisements for OHS’s Cooney Crier.

Lead costume designer in senior directed play for award winning theater department of OHS. Time was devoted towards developing a cohesive set of costumes per Act using newly crafted redesigned costume apparel to fit the plays era.
