Architectural planning, coordination with consultants and subcontractors Coordinate and liaise between structural, architectural and M&E works on site

Assist Project Manager in planning, organising, implementing, coordinating and controlling the construction of all Architecture’s works

Provides detail study of the Architectural drawings in relation to the Structural / M&E and the submitted sub-contractor shop drawings for discrepancy & submit RFI to consultants for amendment & approval prior to commencement of any Architectural trade work

Securing of Architectural approval from Consultant

Handle work scheduling, project supervision, material requisitions and documentation Coordinating with Architectural Trade supplier / sub-contractor shop drawings submission collation & submission of material catalogues to Consultant

Collating of all issues & problems arising in the installation, design & materials use in relation to the Architectural trade to avoid delays of actual installation

Assist the PM in the preparation of Monthly progress report on Architectural works trade Update the materials / shop drawings status

Oversee all architectural/structural finishes works on site

Attendance on Site Technical Meetings

Ensure that the safety regulations are complied Maintain the smooth progress of works
