Allen Pinkerton

As a designer, I am comfortable working in several different facets of the creative process. I’ve been responsible for setting up teams in all my roles. I am able to implement new workflows quickly and run autonomously. My diverse work background has allowed me to adapt and succeed in many different situations. I thrive on the discovery and curiosity involved in solving new and difficult problems.

Beyond my passion for design, I have a love for teaching and inspiring those around me. As a lead role, I focus on what makes every individual designer unique and use that in creative directing, mentoring and empowering. I pride myself in having a high sensitivity to detail and execution. I like to keep things clear, simple and easy to understand. These are the hallmarks of what I consider good collaborative design.
