  my job is to complete electronic repairs and customization while providing on the spot diagnosis, work under pressure, and quick turnaround time. I am also responsible for repairing any mistakes that other employee's may have run into during a repair in order to give complete customer satisfaction. As the company's trainer, I provide planned training courses for employees as a group. They must know how to identify and locate every component in any de vice in order for it to be repaired quickly and diligently.
