I have grown within Medtronic as a relied upon employee. I have multiple US and European patents (details upon request) and mention this because most of them were through a team effort where design became a focal point to any project. I have become someone that can be relied upon to use my creative approach to a well-engineered idea and marry form and function, create visually enhanced graphics, or explore other design mediums. More so, as an employee I have grown with my peers, creating a personal reliability within these walls as a moral and compassionate friend. I maintain a diligent approach to quality, DRM practice and practical design that inherits the form language I helped create and teach here so that we have a continuous market presence and repeat customers. My services here have been used well outside of my job description and have rewritten the capabilities an industrial designer can fulfill for this company and intend to do so going forward with my new team.
