Responsibilities included:

Development and implementation of work packages for both the core team and external partners Reviewing of team deliverables

In-house manufacturing set-up
Supply chain development and management
Liaising with manufacturers in UK, Europe and China
Component procurement and testing
Mitigation of supply and manufacturing issues
Development of integration packages to ensure product take-up

Responsibilities included:

The coordination of the design team consisting of two product designers and two engineers
Development of the RolleyHarbour product line
Development of two Last-Mile Electric Vehicles aimed at the Courier industry from initial sketches through to working prototype
Further redesign of key components of the RolleyGolf for Die-Cast and Injection Moulding

Responsibilities included:

Redesign of the full chassis of the RolleyGolf comprising of 110 individual components moving from a Welded Fabrication Process to CNC machined versions allowing for greater manufacturing capacities
Full redesign of key components for improved strength, weight and functionality, most notably the steering mechanism
Redesign of key components to improve ergonomics and user experience
Creating additional features for the product rage, including but not limited to: a 4G enabled Hub attachment for enhanced connectivity, Secure storage system for Club Fleets, an extended handle system for taller users
Concept creation, prototype development and testing of new components
Website design / Marketing material design / Rendering
