Using closed loop manufacturing techniques Design a product for the garden, Research and highlight a gap in the market then produce a product that meets the brief.
I created an indoor herb garden that city dwellers could place by their windows to produce fresh herbs at a fraction of supermarket costs. unlike current models this could fold up when not in use and also contained built in LED lights that could be used in the winter months or if the property had no direct sunlight. Built from extruded aluminium it was 100 percent recyclable and with no glue or permanent fixtures all parts could easily be replaced at a low cost.
