Andres Fernando Garcia graduated from the Art Institute of Philadelphia in 2007 with a B.A. in Industrial Design. Upon graduation, he received the Art Institute award for "Best Portfolio in Industrial Design". For the next year and a half, Andres worked as a full time designer for EPS Platinum, a small jewelry company near Philadelphia, where he was responsible for designing jewelry for the store's line and custom pieces for clients. His work included creating 3D models for production and renderings for graphic media. He also designed advertisements, brochures, and catalogs, and re-designed the company's website to give it a more professional and modern look.
Andres is currently working full time with SnipSnap. SnipSnap is the app that makes it easy for people to save and redeem coupons from there mobile phones.
Andres has undertaken freelance design assignments including projects for Star Wars, Tonka, Transformers, and Garnier Fructis, as well as several websites for various costumers. Andres takes his inspiration from favorite artists Raymond Loewy, George Nelson, and Charles Eames.
