Service Ratings Presentation Keynote - June 2015 A teammate and I conducted research with our users (developers) to see how they decide whether or not they want to use a service. In addition, we wanted to drill down and see what types of information presented on a website (e.g., reviews, ratings, usage metrics) are most important to them. After gathering data, we went in and redesigned the Catalog Detail page for Bluemix. We created a keynote deck summarizing our problem, our research, a user story, and our proposed redesign of the Catalog and Catalog Detail page.

App Detail Screen Redesign - May 2015 My teammate and I were given the task of brainstorming up new designs for our product's dashboard, and along with that, the application creation process within Bluemix. I focused on editing the layout of the Bluemix Application Detail page. However, due to shifting priorities, my whole team shifted our focus onto another aspect of the product.

Service Pricing Tier Wireframes - Spring 2015 Many services on Bluemix were creating and updating their pricing plans. Sample Registration Flow for Bluemix - Spring 2015 There was some talk about trying to streamline the way a user would create and account and sign into Bluemix. The current state of the IBM id and creating an account on Bluemix is very arduous. I did some thinking around this with my team before our team was converted into the Bluemix Platform team - and another team took over the Discover, Try, Buy aspect of Bluemix. These are a few sample wireframes (mobile first) illustrating a possible registration flow.

Pricing Sheet (Calculator) Redesign Wires/Flow - March 2015 This wasn't a total overhaul and redesign of the existing Pricing Sheet, but rather one with smaller tweaks to make it more useable. We ultimately did not implement any of the pricing page redesigns for the Bluemix Pricing Sheet (Calculator), as this ended up being scoped out.

Bluemix Sample Pricing Model Brainstorm - Winter 2015 In my pricing page redesign research, I also gathered data and feedback on the Bluemix pricing plan. The original scope of the pricing page project was actually to try to redesign the layout of the page, as well as see if we could gather enough data to try to push for a change in the way the Bluemix pricing plan was presented. The pricing plan change aspect of the project was later scoped out - but this was an early take on brainstorming different pricing plan models.
Bluemix Quick Start Reference Card - November 2014 Small, fun side project where I was asked by a member of the marketing and documentation team to create a fun quick start reference card.
