May 2011 - Aug 2011 (3 months)
A college student dream internship - the name says it all.
This was an unpaid, but invaluable, internship with a small staff of wonderful people. I observed the ins and outs of magazine publishing from art direction to sales to printer specs. It was rewarding to understand the different positions within the company and learn more about the role of a designer on a team. A great start for a beginning designer!
