COMPANY: WON has a proud 50-year history of providing analysis products to private stock investors.

ROLE:
1) I was on-boarded fulltime to accelerate & finish design of an enterprise CMS app.
2) I then became sole UX for Marketsmith, WON’s then-flagship consumer web application and native mobile app, as well as its website.
3) My team designed and launched the popular ‘TopStocks’ app, rated ‘4.5 Stars out of 5’in the iTunes store.
4) Lastly, for 6 months I filled the additional roles of Business Analyst and Product Owner.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Wireframes, Mockups, Flows, Strategy Models, User Needs Research, Usability Test, Competitive Research, Specifications, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Agile Scrum.

COMPANY: KP insures more than 10.6 million people & is one the largest non-profit health insurance providers in the U.S.

ROLE:
1) I was hired as a full-time contractor to work alongside an Agile UX Team to bring Kaiser’s legacy medical records system into an online environment.
2) I also created supporting tools, including a secure messaging tool for patient medical records and ran a formal usability study.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Wireframes, UI Design Patterns, Enterprise App Flow, Usability Testing, Agile Scrum.

COMPANY: RPA is an advertising agency with an in-house interactive department and has been Honda’s ad agency of record for 40 years.

ROLE:
I was hired as a full-time employee and worked on several client accounts, including Honda Automobiles, La-Z-Boy and Mandalay Bay Hotel.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Wireframes, Personas, Usability Testing, Email Design.
