Experience in Production and Management of all BTL and ATL communication materials including POPM, Exhibition Display Stands, PVC-based displays,

Experience & ability to manage all kinds of marketing procurement and production requirements related to hardware POS materials, Gift with Purchase, media, print and event management and liaising with vendors across GCC and Asia.

Coordinating work & suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Constant communications with suppliers to ensure all working practices are followed.

Obtaining competitive quotes from suppliers on all production work and awarding business accordingly.

Responsible for total quality control of agency BTL projects. Excellent knowledge in BTL production. Significant Communication – to provide creative communication services — Point of sale and some print advertising, creative concepts, graphic design production and events.

Coordinated and scheduled workflow for the agency while managing staff designers and interacting with clients and supplier to ensure successful completion of projects.

Supervised project details from concept through delivery – including scheduling, overseeing the design and production process and coordinating final deliveries.

Solicited bids and negotiated with suppliers and vendors for best quality, lowest price and quickest turnaround, sign shops, specialty suppliers and POS materials.

Perform initial consultation with the client to determine the scope of the project. Identify and recommend revisions in the interior construction based on client needs.
Complete field measurement of client work environment.

Product Plan Development
Select finishes / furnishings and create color palette based on requirements gathered from client to determine the budget of the project.
Create and maintain floor plans, elevations, and 3D drawings for client presentation and for use during installation while keeping in mind accessibility, egress, and adequate traffic flow.

Product Plan Implementation
Contact vendors to determine pricing, lead times, and availability of product.
Complete "take-off" and receive estimates for painting, carpet installation and labor.
Contact furniture installers and electricians to receive quotes.
Complete product/project quotes for clients.
Create purchase and sales orders.
Schedule painting, carpet and furniture installation.
Manage product installations at client site
