* I was tasked with learning every aspect of the automotive retail environment to see the requirements for better leadership. - I underwent regular management training to equip myself with the tools to lead and develop a team of people to bring dealerships forward into the 21st century installing ideas and infrastructure where appropriate to futureproof the businesses in light of technological change. - I was given the opportunity to take on responsibilities, being empowered by senior management to take lead on stock management and creating new sales strategies for the sales team. - I was targeted throughout my scheme regularly exceeding targets and delivering profitable deals to new and existing customers for a number of different brands helping me quickly adapt to different ethos' and perform from the outset learning specifications and different systems and CRM's throughout.
