Person in-charge of warehouses in Sarawak region, liaise with 3rd parties, ensure smooth warehouse operations, assist with other tasks given

1. Manage stock levels and ensuring stock availability to meet client's demands
2. Ensure good management of stock movement based on demand, quality, seasonal needs, etc.
3. Compile data from multiple sources and create weekly reports for higher ups
4. Carry out pick & packing procedures, request for pickup from couriers and forwarders
5. Provide customer support, as well as follow up sales performance and re-stocking demands from clients
6. Assist with liaising 3rd parties for warehouse general operations
7. Produce creative materials for marketing use, customer retention purpose, product promotion, campaign related materials, etc.
8. Update stock balance as well as key-in invoice, sales order, delivery order in accounting software on daily basis
9. Update warehouse related data in company's system on a daily basis

- Repair and troubleshoot customer's IT hardware (PC Hardware and Software / Printer)
- Providing IT advice to customers
- Providing online customer service via telephone
- Build new PC upon customer's request
- Configure networking settings in customer's modem
- Assist customers as a salesman
- Claim warranty for customer's IT hardware
