39,000 SF Medical Building
This is a 36,000sf tilt-up concrete medical office building in Fredericksburg, Va. We provided full 3d rendering services for the client. The program required full BOMA area calculations also be submitted which was accomplished using Architectural Desktop scheduling features. I also detailed the primary tenant space.
