Isabela Sports Convention Center
The project is a multi- purpose coliseum that functions mainly as a sports/convention/ trade center for the province of Isabela. It will have government/ private officesand commercial areas for lease. It will host events year round to generate funds for the provincial government. The shape revolves around equal trimetric axes with multi storey commercial and office buildings at the end of each axis.
