Centre for Empowerment of the Disabled
Centre for Empowerment of the Disabled (CED) is setup as a concept to support the disabled people and is directly concern with community empowerment. Our motto is: "Ability in Disability". The organization caters for the special-need persons. These include the physically challenged persons. We hope to include the sight-impaired when we have the required equipments.
