CAPE Pallet Analysis - This is a package design and optimization consulting project that I did for a hard disk drive company. The project goal was to optimize their shipping conditions by finding the optimal pallet pattern and shipper size (using CAPE) and then redesigning their packaging inserts in SolidWorks. The corrugate shippers were designed using ArtiosCAD and then cut on a Kongsberg flatbed plotting table. These samples that I have included are similar examples of the work I did but not the actual products.
