Captain America Shield Prop
A home-built version of the iconic shield used by Marvel Comics character Captain America. The shield was vaccu-formed over a custom built mold to ensure the correct arc was present, reinforced with laminated ABS internal rings which stiffened the shield while also providing the anchor points for the straps. And so it didn't look sterile, some light weathering was in order to ensure the prop's awesomeness was fully released.
